Delivery Policy
Delivery methods:
We generally will deliver your furniture ourselves in person. We like to deliver personally where possible and set up your new furniture for you.
However, if cost or distance is too prohibitive, we will work with only trusted couriers who offer one-man delivery services nationwide. Sometimes, they may need a hand during delivery. We can also book a two-man courier delivery service aswell. Please just enquire about this when ordering.
We carefully package your furniture to ensure as safe a transit as possible.
When purchasing a piece of furniture or item from our shop, once added to the cart and your delivery postcode has been given, a shipping cost will be added to the total cost. Alternatively a local pick-up option can be selected.
Local pick-up options:
We are happy for customers to collect any items from us in person in Chipping Sodbury at our Workshop by prior arrangement. This will naturally remove any delivery costs.
Turnaround times:
Our turn around times may vary depending on whether the item is a stock ready to go item or more of a bespoke, commission item. Most of our items are bespoke and painted to order. Client commission items may take longer due to their bespoke and collaborative nature.
Our turnaround times are generally pretty quick and you can always enquire for a specific potential turnaround on an item prior to ordering.
It’s common to take around 3-4 weeks to process an order if its a piece of furniture, but it can be a little longer during our peak, busiest times.
Smaller ready made items such as painted trays, coasters and wooden platters are commonly dispatched in 1-2 weeks.
Shipping restrictions:
We deliver throughout Great Britain. We currently do not offer international delivery.
